International Photo Exhibition -My Favorite Place –
Daisen-Oki National Park

 

Do you love taking photographs?

Ministry of the Environment Chugoku-Shikoku Regional Office Daisen-Oki National Park Office hosts a photo exhibition featuring photographs of Daisen-Oki National Park taken by foreign nationals who live in Japan or international visitors to Japan.

Collected photos will be displayed in five places in DBS Cruise Ferry Terminal, Yonago Airport, Matsue, Saigo Port and Beppu Port later this year! So enter your photos today!

 

Application requiments

1.  Application period
August 1 – August 31st  2017

2.  Topic
Pictures taken in the Daisen-Oki National Park or in the background of Daisen-Oki National Park within the last two years.
Area : Mt. Daisen & Hiruzen (including Mt. Mitoku, Mt. Senjo, Kagamiganaru, Mt. Kenashi), Mt. Sanbe, Shimane Peninsula (Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine, Kakanokukedo, Mihonoseki, Hinomisaki etc.), Oki Islands

3. Eligibility
Foreign nationals who live in Japan or international visitors to Japan.

4.  Entry
Email the photographs to NCO-YONAGO@env.go.jp with the following information.
1) Name or Nickname
2) Nationality
3) Comment (Place where you took the photos, comments such as your feelings at that time etc.)
4) Address (inside Japan – necessary to receive a prize (*The first 30 entries will receive a photographic collection including the National Parks of Japan. Address must be within Japan to receive, prize cannot be posted overseas.))

5. Data
Digital data greater than 1500 x 2000 pixel (approximately 3 megapixels)
Pictures taken with smartphones and mobile phones are also acceptable.
★Max 3 photos per person.
