Izumo Taisha Kamimukae-sai
A Shinto ritual held on the night of the 10th day of the 10th lunar month (around 7:00 p.m.) to welcome the dragon-serpent (a sea snake) that drifts from the Sea of Japan to Inasa Beach as a messenger of the gods.
