A superb brand of beef that is rich in flavor and depth


Wagyu beef that is unique to Iinan, the home of Shimane Wagyu. Okuizumo Wagyu Beef is a name that is only given to the beef produced from Japanese Black cattle that are born and raised in the Okuizumo region. Food connoisseurs are captivated not only by the umami flavor of the beef’s marbling, but by the depth and rich flavor of its red meat component also. This fine beef is well worth trying as a steak or as yakiniku (grilled meat), but also in Japanese dishes such as sukiyaki and gyudon (beef rice bowl).
