Migita Honten Sake brewery (with Sake tasting)

At Migita Honten, a sake brewery with a history of over 400 years and the oldest company in Shimane Prefecture, you can see inside the brewery, which is normally inaccessible, under the guidance of the owner himself.
When the brewery is not making sake, visitors can also enter the koji room, which is normally inaccessible.
Although the building itself has been reconstructed, many of the facilities inside have a sense of history, and you will be able to feel the atmosphere of a quality sake brewing site.
